Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to deliver coaching:

• Email address — to confirm bookings and coordinate your sessions.
• Payment data — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Session messages — any text you exchange with us (booking forms, support messages, chat during sessions).
• Optional gameplay recordings — only if you choose to send them to us for replay review. We delete them after the session unless you explicitly ask us to keep them for follow-ups.

We do NOT collect or request your EA account credentials. We never need them, and we will refuse to receive them if offered.

2. How we use it

• To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your coaching sessions.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To send service-related emails (confirmations, scheduling, support). We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt-in.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make our service possible:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Your assigned coach — your email and your booking details so they can contact you.
• Email provider — to deliver transactional emails.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

4. Retention

Booking and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Gameplay recordings are deleted after the related session unless you specifically request otherwise. You can request deletion of your other personal data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: HTTPS, hashed secrets, principle of least privilege, and a hosted checkout so we never touch card data ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk.
