1. About Champion Coaching

Champion Coaching ("we", "our", the "Service") is operated by C&R Gaming LLC, a limited liability company with its registered office at 200 Grove Park Ln STE 670, Dothan, AL 36305, USA. References to "Champion Coaching," "we," "our," or "the Company" in these Terms refer to C&R Gaming LLC.

Champion Coaching provides personalized, educational coaching services to players of EA SPORTS FC. Our coaching is purely instructive — we transfer knowledge, strategy, and gameplay analysis to help you improve your own play. We never log into your account, never deliver in-game items, currency, or accounts, and never play matches on your behalf.

2. Scope of the Service

• One-on-one coaching sessions delivered via voice/video chat with screen-sharing.
• Replay review and analysis of your own gameplay recordings.
• Strategy guidance: formations, attacking patterns, defending, set-pieces, custom tactics, skill-move drills, etc.
• Curriculum-based packs across multiple sessions.

The Service does NOT include: account access, account sharing, account boosting, sale or transfer of in-game currency, items, or accounts, or any service that would violate the EA Terms of Service or the EA Positive Play Charter.

3. EA Compliance

You acknowledge that Electronic Arts Inc. ("EA") is the owner of EA SPORTS FC and that your use of EA SPORTS FC is governed by EA's own User Agreement and Positive Play Charter. Champion Coaching is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA. Our coaching service is designed to operate in compliance with EA's rules. We will not perform, nor instruct any coach to perform, any activity that EA prohibits (including account sharing, boosting, exploiting, or unauthorized currency trading).

4. Bookings and Payment

Sessions are sold individually or as packs. Pricing for predefined packages is shown on the booking page; custom-amount sessions are priced at the amount selected at checkout, within the published range. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. All amounts are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Scheduling and Delivery

After payment, we will contact you within 48 hours at the email you provided to schedule the session(s). Sessions are delivered remotely via Discord, Google Meet, Zoom, or a comparable platform of mutual choice. You are responsible for having a working internet connection and a way to share your screen.

6. Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward your coach. We reserve the right to terminate a session and refund pro-rata if behavior is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or violates applicable law. You may not record sessions without the coach's explicit consent.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes depend on the student's practice and application of the material. We do not guarantee any specific in-game result (rank, win rate, division). Our coaches are experienced players who share their expertise — the rest is up to you.

8. Intellectual Property

EA SPORTS, EA SPORTS FC, FUT, and all related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. Champion Coaching makes nominative reference to these marks only to identify the game we coach. We claim no rights in them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champion Coaching's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session(s). We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
