Refund Policy

The short version
- Before your first session is delivered — full refund, no questions asked.
- After a session has been delivered — that session is non-refundable. Future sessions in a pack are refundable pro-rata.
- If we fail to deliver (coach no-show, scheduling issue from our side) — full refund + a complimentary session as good-faith.
1. Cancellation by you, before a session
You can cancel and request a full refund any time before your first scheduled session starts. Reply to the booking email or use the contact page. We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.
2. Rescheduling
You can reschedule a session up to 12 hours before it starts at no cost. Within 12 hours, one reschedule is allowed; further reschedules may require a small handling fee at our discretion (we'll always tell you before charging).
3. After a session has been delivered
The delivered session is non-refundable — by then we've spent the coach's time. If you bought a multi-session pack, the sessions you haven't taken are refundable at the per-session rate of the pack.
Example: you bought a 5-session pack for $199 (= $39.80 / session). You took 2 sessions. You can refund the remaining 3 sessions for 3 × $39.80 = $119.40.
4. Quality dispute
If you genuinely feel a session was below the quality we promise, contact us within 7 days. We'll review the case in good faith with the coach and offer one of: a make-good session with a different coach at no cost, a partial refund, or a full refund — whichever addresses the situation fairly.
5. Coach no-show or service failure
If your coach doesn't show up at the scheduled time, or if our service fails to deliver a session you paid for, you get a full refund of that session plus a complimentary session to compensate.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before issuing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost both sides and we much prefer to resolve issues directly. We log all bookings, payments, and session deliveries, so any chargeback that contradicts our records will be contested with evidence.
7. How to request a refund
Reply to your booking email or use the contact page with the subject "Refund request" and your booking reference. We'll respond within 2 business days.
